The combined experience of the firm’s key personnel exceeds fifty years. Gilbert M. Rosas, C.P.A., C.F.C. founded the Firm and originally gained his experience working at a large international C.P.A. Firm. He has over 30 years experience, and has been a part-time professor at a four year university. He has lectured on the following topics: construction accounting, managerial accounting, auditing and taxation. He has also co-authored an accounting text used at a major university. Mr. Rosas is a Certified Forensic Consultant and is qualified to appear as an expert witness and render an opinion in a court of law.

Carolyn L. Rodriguez is the Firm’s Office Manager and had been with the Firm over 30 years. She has a broad background in accounting as well as the managerial skills needed to oversee our diverse client base.

Yesenia M. Villanua is the office’s accounting assistant and has been with the Firm for 5 years. She assists with our clients accounting operations and is fluent in Spanish and English. Yesenia has excellent interpersonal skills as well as a vast understanding of the day to day needs and logistics of our office.

Ben Glaraga, MCSE, CSSA.  is an IT specialist with over 20 years experience. He has extensive background in assisting clients develop and design software applications tailored to their particular needs.
